We stayed for our anniversary and this place was an absolute dream. It's cozy and just adorable. Very clean, the bed was super comfy, and a good location while still being far enough away from the rowdy crowds. We've come to Eureka for many years and this is by far the best place to stay, we will definitely stay here in the future. It was a great weekend!

My husband and I stayed here for a little couples getaway last fall. The location of these treehouses are great. Well within walking distance of downtown. In fact we walked to the little cupcake stand one evening for a late night snack. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. We did bring a charcoal grill with us as we didn't have a kitchen in our unit. I wish we would have brought along plastic ware and paper plates because we ended up having to wash dishes in the bathroom. We only communicated with the host a couple of times but each time they were lovely. Across the street is a neat little park. We even saw deer in the neighboring lots in the mornings and evenings. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely book here again!

I am in love with this place. It came recommended. The lady on the phone was very sweet and the check in process was smooth for being contact less. Room was clean and cute. Very spacious. Back deck is huge and has a gorgeous view. There is a creek in the front that you can hear at night that is so peaceful. Will be staying 4 nights and so far will definitely be coming back. They have a grab and go breakfast that we will check out in the morning.

We booked tree house #8 for the past weekend to celebrate the halloween activtys in town.We loved this tiny house that actually was not very tiny. It fit 3 adults and 2 teens and one child perfectly. It was comfy and clean. It was walking distance from the town.Beware if walking the gps will take you up a mountain but there is a way to get to the shops with out climbing it if you keep going straight past the collasal cupcake shop.My one issue was with the bathtub faucet that bearly ran so it took 20 minuted to fill up the tub even half way to turn on the jets. Other than that this place was perfection

Great location, loved the tiny house and the deck! We stayed in treehouse #11. A few upgrades would really go far. The mattresses are awful. I'm talking I don't even know how they're so bad, but even my son was complaining and he has a mattress off Amazon that's reasonable and under $150. The house only has a mini fridge. If they tweaked the layout ever so slightly they could fit a larger fridge. Same exact comment about the trash cans. There's room for a regular kitchen trash bin, but they use the smallest one ever so we were constantly taking it to the dumpster. Also, the TV in the primary is the biggest TV I've ever seen and it took up the entire ledge. There's no reason for it to be the large. We'd have preferred a smaller TV, but space for us to use the ledge. Needs more shelving in the small bathroom including hooks on the back of the door. In a tiny house you must maximize the storage and these tweaks go a long way. Great location, we used the deck for family game night multiple nights!

I cannot say enough about this place! Pat and her staff are amazing. I come here once a year for a week to rest and read. It's a quiet end of town but still close enough to walk to town and enjoy the amenities there. The cabin I choose is spacious with everything I need. For as long as I'm able, I will return!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had originally booked another hotel months in advance, but when we arrived late (after a welcome dinner for Jeep Jam) it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. Needing a room quickly, I found Treehouse Village online and booked last minute. Best decision ever! They had a two-bedroom treehouse with a jetted tub available, and when I called for late check-in, the staff member was incredible. She gave us the door code over the phone and even stayed on the line while I walked in and approved the place for our stay — she didn’t have to do that, but it meant a lot. The treehouse itself was spotless, smelled clean, and had such a cozy, “at home” feel (reminded me of my mom’s house). After a long day of jeeping, that jetted tub was exactly what I needed! The only minor issue was the AC making some noise while running at 74°, which may need a little maintenance, and we forgot the lockbox code when checking out (since it was given over the phone). But staff was very pleasant and easy to work with throughout. For a last-minute save, this place completely exceeded our expectations. I’ll definitely be staying here again for future trips!

My wife and I stayed in Treehouse #10 with our 2 little boys for 2 nights and loved it! Everything is clean and well maintained and the service was friendly and helpful. We had one issue with the hot water heater going out but All Seasons offered to move us to another location which was very generous. Great location in Eureka Springs, you are basically just 5 minutes from everywhere there. We definitely plan to stay here again on our next visit.
